• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
• Use any automated system, including "bots" or "spiders," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Loopwar servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser.
• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding code and content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Loopwar and its licensors. You retain ownership of the code and solutions you write on the platform. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and analyze your submitted code for the purposes of providing feedback, improving our AI models, and operating the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Loopwar makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Loopwar or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Loopwar's website, even if Loopwar or a Loopwar authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
